Transportation is available to medical and behavioral health appointments if a member has no other way to get to the appointment. As of November 1, 2014, the state has a new transportation broker (service) for Boulder, Broomfield and Jefferson Counties. That service is called Total Transit and it replaces he previous service, First Transit. However, the phone number is the same—1-855-264-6368. Members living in Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties should call their county human service departments for transportation assistance : 303-679-2552 in Clear Creek and 303 582-5444 in Gilpin County.
